Lane Leader Program
We’re excited to bring back the Lane Leader Program at Rancho Colorados for the 2026 swim season.
If your 12-14 year old middle school Wahoo is interested in becoming a Lane Leader this spring, please fill out the following form. They must be enrolled on the swim team for the 2026 season to participate.
If your Wahoo is 14 years and older and attending High School in the fall of 2026, they can also apply to be a Junior Coach HERE.
As a Lane Leader, they'll help guide our youngest Wahoos through their first weeks in the pool, setting the tone for their season and helping them feel confident and supported. This opportunity is not only a way to give back to the team but also a chance to grow as a swimmer, mentor, and future coach. We’re looking for responsible, enthusiastic team members who lead by example, and we look forward to recognizing their impact and commitment to the Wahoos.
The initial commitment is April 6th – May 1st, with additional opportunities available in May and throughout the 2026 swim season. Please indicate your swimmer's interest and availability via the form. We will be in touch in mid-March with next steps and a training date for the selected Lane Leaders.
